Two suspects are sought for a carjacking in the parking lot of a supermarket in Rochelle Park on Thursday evening.
Just before 8 p.m., police responded to reports of an abduction at the D-Mart Farmers Market located at 192 Rochelle Avenue.
When officers arrived, they immediately confirmed no abduction had occurred, but the suspects took the victim's vehicle and then sped from the scene.
Police believe one of the suspects is a black male who wore a white hoodie and dark pants while the other suspect wore all black.
According to police, both assailants were wearing masks. It's not clear if the suspects were in possession of guns.
No serious injuries were reported.
