There is an active and ongoing investigation underway into a shooting that injured two victims near the Boys & Girls Club in Asbury Park early Monday morning.
According to police, the double shooting happened at approximately 1:10 a.m. in the 600 block of Prospect Avenue.
Officers arrived at the scene and found both unidentified victims suffering bullet wounds at that location.
Police say EMS transported the pair to an area hospital for treatment while detectives taped off the area around the Boys & Girls Club for the investigation.
The suspect remains at-large.
