TRENTON: Two New Jersey Lottery tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Saturday, Aug. 31 drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. The winning tickets from Wednesday night’s drawing were sold at the following locations:
Bergen County: Super Shop Deli Mart, 809 Franklin Ave., Franklin Lakes; and
Monmouth County: Monmouth Beach Supermarket & Liquors, 73 Riverdale Ave., Monmouth Beach.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Aug. 31 drawing were: 14, 41, 50, 56 and 57. The Red Power Ball number was 18. The Multiplier number was 05. In addition to the third-tier prizewinning tickets sold, there were 18,651 New Jersey players who took home an estimated $128,395 in prizes ranging from $4 to $500, according to Lottery Acting Executive Director James Carey. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $80,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 10:59 pm.
