Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest sought in connection with the May 27, murder of Jawab Smith, 42, of Irvington.

Smith was fatally shot in the 400 block of Grove Street in the Irvington. Based on information developed by detectives in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the two individuals in the attached video are considered persons of interest.
