According to information sent, Franklin Township Police (Hunterdon County) arrested two men Thursday afternoon after a citizen reported a suspicious vehicle outside a home on the 100 block of Delsea Drive in Malaga.
The call came in around 12:15 p.m. on November 20, 2025.
When officers arrived, they found an open side door and saw two males inside the residence.
Police issued verbal commands for the men to exit, and both complied without incident.
Authorities identified the pair as Justin Rivera, 21, of Woodbury, and Nicholas Maniscalco Jr., 22, of Runnemede.
Both men were taken into custody, processed, and charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Possession of Burglary Tools.
They were later released on their own recognizance pending a future Superior Court appearance. Officer David Polistina is credited with handling the investigation.
