Two juvenile suspects were arrested this afternoon after leading police in Newark on a pursuit where they occupied a vehicle stolen from Middlesex County this afternoon.
Police attempted to pull the car over, but the young driver sped away and led officers on a pursuit through several Central Ward neighborhoods that ended in the vicinity of South 7th Street and Central Avenue around 2:35 p.m.
Both suspects bailed from the stolen car and began to run through yards in the community.
Police caught up with the teens and restrained them without further information.
No physical injuries were reported.
