Police in Paterson are investigating a stabbing that left two individuals injured Friday evening.
Authorities were called to the area of 21st Avenue and East 21st Street shortly before 6:30 p.m. after receiving reports of an incident involving multiple victims.
When officers arrived, they found two individuals suffering from heavy bleeding at the scene.
The victims were transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment. Officials said both were listed in stable condition.
Investigators are working to determine the motive behind the stabbing. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under active investigation.
