About three victims suffered injuries in a crash that occurred on a busy roadway in Jersey City Saturday morning.
According to a preliminary investigation, police responded to NJ-440 near Communipaw Avenue after receiving several reports of a crash with possible trapped occupants inside a vehicle.
Upon arrival, police say they two cars were involved in a violent collision with one person trapped inside a car at that location.
According to police, using the 'Jaws of Life,' Jersey City Firefighters extricated the victim, then EMS transported both of the injured to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
