Truck Carrying Fish Overturns on NJ Turnpike

NJ State Police are investigating the cause of a collision that had a truck overturned on a highway in Mercer County early Saturday morning.

According to police, the crash happened shortly before 1:50 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the NJ Turnpike near mile marker 60.4 in Robbinsville.

Police say the driver somehow lost control and overturned, causing about 2400 pounds of fish to spill on the highway.

There were no injuries reported.
