The North Jersey Coast Line service is suspended in both directions between Long Branch and Bay Head due to a trespasser fatality in the vicinity of Sherman Ave. Between Allenhurst and Elberon stations.
Th incident happened at around 7 a.m. sending emergency responders to the scene where they found the unidentified person severely injured.
Medical staff pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
There were no injured passengers on the train.
