Trenton Resident Stabbed to Death at Cure Arena During High School Basketball Game

Mercer County Prosecutor's Office officials are actively investigating the motive behind a violent stabbing incident that left a man dead at the CURE Arena in Trenton Thursday night. 

According to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri, at approximately 8:30 p.m., during a high school basketball tournament, a male victim was stabbed multiple times inside the arena.

Prosecutor Onofri said the victim, Mr. Khalil Glanton, 23, of Trenton, was pronounced dead at Capital Health Regional Medical Center shortly after 9:00 pm.

The Homicide Task Force and Trenton Police are investigating. 

Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
