There were severe injuries reported for the victim of a shooting that occurred at a location in Trenton on Friday night.
According to police, gunfire erupted in the area of 135 Perry Street just before 3:25 a.m.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the severely injured unidentified person suffering gunshot injuries at that location.
The victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment and remained in serious condition, according to police.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
