Authorities in Trenton are investigating a stabbing that left a woman injured overnight.
Police and EMS were called to the 100 block of Walnut Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person shortly before 3:30 a.m.
Units arriving at the scene found a female victim suffering a stab wound to the neck according to preliminary reports.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where doctors treated her injuries.
Police are investigating if the woman suffered her injuries at another location.
There were no arrests reported.
