Westfield Construction Crews were called to the scene of a fallen tree that damaged a house in Westfield on Sunday night.
According to officials, the incident happened at approximately 9:17 p.m. in the 400 block of Lenox Avenue where a tree fell on a portion of the house causing minimal damage at that location.
Police closed Lennox Avenue between Saint Paul and Elmer Street for the investigation and cleanup.
Heavy rain that passed through the region last night is being investigated as the cause of the incident.
