Firefighters were called to a residence in Irvington after a tree fell on the house.
According to initial reports, at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, the weather resulting from the tropical storm caused a tree to collapse onto a house located at 21 Philips Place.
Residents were able to escape the home and when firefighters arrived they were able to determine that there was no one else trapped in the house.
No injures have been reported at this time.
PSE&G has said it will take more than 24-hours to restore power on Philips Place.
