Utility crews are on the scene attempting to cap a water break that occurred on a busy highway in Jersey City City.
According to Jersey City officials, the break occurred in the southbound lanes of US 1&9/Tonnelle Avenue between County Avenue and the Pulaski Skyway truck route.
Officials say all lanes are closed for repairs with substantial delays building up in the area.
