The annual Historic Midtown Elizabeth SID tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for tonight, Dec. 3 at 5:30 p.m.
City officials will join residents for a tree lighting ceremony to kick off the holiday season.
The ceremony, located at Pedestrian Plaza (Elizabeth Train Station on West Grand Street), will feature holiday music, costume characters, face painting, light refreshments, and a visit from Santa Claus.
