The annual tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for tonight December 8.
The Fifth Ward Tree Lighting welcomes area residents to joins city officials in welcoming the holiday season.
The ceremony will be held at the intersection William and Catherine Streets starting at 6 p.m.
Festivities will feature holiday music and a visit from Santa.
