Three Suspects Wanted for Shooting Paintballs at People Near Georgia King Village in Newark

Police in Newark seeks the public’s help with locating three men wanted for an aggravated assault that occurred on September 14th.

Officials say police officers responded to a call about a suspicious person with a weapon.

When they arrived, officers learned that paintballs had struck three young people between 6:10 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the Georgia King Village apartment complex.

Police say all three suspects – Mr. Justin Baldwin, 39, Mr. Kahyri Perry, 26 and Mr. Hassan Dunn, 27 - were captured on surveillance video taking part in the incident in which paintballs hit the young people.

Baldwin, described as 5’8’’ and 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, was

seen handing out the paintball guns.

He is known to frequent the Georgia King complex. Perry, 26, is 5’6 and 180 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and is known to frequent a New Community Corporation complex.

Police say Dunn, 27, is 5’8’’ and 145 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and is known to frequent South Orange and Fairmount avenues.
