Three people suffered non-fatal injuries in a crash in downtown Newark Sunday morning.
The two-car collision happened at the intersection of University Avenue and Market Street around 11 a.m.
Police and EMS arrived at the scene and found all occupants of the crashed cars, but three of the victims complained of pain.
The victims were transported to University Hospital for treatment and expected to recover.
Firefighters assisted in the cleanup of fuel that leaked on the ground from one of the vehicles.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
