Authorities have charged three people accused of killing a Newark man during an August 18 home-invasion.
According to Essex County Prosecutor Office spokeswoman Katherine, Aaron Terrell, 25, charged with felony murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and other related charges is in custody.
Two other men - Papayaw Mack, 25 of Newark and Jahad Lemons, 25, also,of Newark (who remain at large) - are also facing homicide charges for the death of 32-year-old Andre Singh.
The trio's bail has been set at $1,000,000, according to,reports.
On August 18, police found Singh, 32, and an unidentified 31-year-old man inside a Sanford Avenue home suffering from gunshot wounds shortly before midnight.
Singh and the second victim were taken to University Hospital in Newark, where Singh was pronounced dead the next day around 3 a.m.
No updates were available on the current medical condition of the second victim.
