Authorities in Newark request the public’s help identifying the female suspect, who took a package from the front porch of a home on August 14.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., stated that police responded to the theft incident that occurred at approximately 4:52 p.m. in the 100 block of N. 11th Street.
The suspect, captured on surveillance video, walked onto the porch and removed the package, a brown box containing a medical device for diabetes, according to Newark officials.
Newar police said the suspect wore a burgundy sweater, pink pants, white and purple sneakers, and a black head covering.
