Police and prosecutors are looking into the death of a 64-year-old Tenafly man whose body was discovered Thursday afternoon inside the Tenafly Nature Center.
Officials said a hiker came across the man, later identified as Robert Wolmer, around 2 p.m. on November 20 and immediately contacted Tenafly Police.
Officers found him in a wooded section of the preserve and requested assistance from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit. 
Detectives from both agencies conducted an on-scene investigation with support from the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office.
Early findings show the death does not appear suspicious.
Authorities thanked all responding units for their coordinated efforts as the review continues.
