NEWARK NJ: A pursuit that had one of the suspects bail from a stolen vehicle in the area of Elm Street and Pacific Street has police with one person in custody at around 11:05 a.m.
There is one other suspect at-large at this time.
Both suspects are teenagers around the ages of 13 and 14-years-old according to reports.
The vehicle is a White Ford Windstar with a NJ license plate number "E41-GWY"
There are no injuries reported.
