A tanker truck explosion caused some concern from workers in Port Newark on Wednesday.
It capped around around 4:17 p.m. on Starboard Street. The location of the explosion was just outside Newark International Airport.
Firefighters swiftly responded to the scene to find the truck engulfed in intense flames, which sent thick black smoke billowing into the air, visible from miles away.
Fortunately, no severe injuries were reported.
Authorities are actively investigating the cause of the fiery incident.
