Authorities are investigating a suspicious death of a person located at an address in Clark.
Police were called to a residence on Lefferts Lane at around 9:40 p.m. on reports of an unconscious person at that location.
Units arriving to the scene found a male victim who was unconscious and unresponsive, prompting them to contact EMS.
Medical crews arrived and performed several life saving techniques on the victim but were not successful. The victim died a short time later.
Detectives from the Union County Prosecutor's Office were called to the scene to conduct the initial investigation.
There were no immediate reports of foul play or suspicious activity.
