Suspects Wanted for Newark Gunpoint Robbery

Newark Police seeks the public’s help in identifying suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, May 28. 

According to police, just after 7:40 p.m., the two pictured suspects exited a 2013 gray Honda Accord in the 100 block of Broadway and walked up behind a male victim then demanded the victim’s belongings at gunpoint.

Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help quickly identifying these suspects as part of this investigation.

The first suspect is described as a dark-skinned Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie with an "MTF" decal on the front of the hoodie, gray jeans, and gray and red Nike Jordan 12s sneakers.

The second suspect is described as having a dark complexion, wearing a black mask, black hoodie with a “Led Zeppelin" decal on the front of the hoodie, dark blue jeans, and white sneakers.

The vehicle they exited was driven by a third suspect and was last seen heading eastbound on 4th Avenue from Broadway.
