Newark Police are searching for two suspects who are wanted for robbing the Quality Mini Market earlier today.
According to police at approximately 10:30 this morning, police responded to the report of a robbery at 310 Renner Avenue.
Two suspects entered the mini market and took cash from the register before fleeing the store.
Police said no weapons were displayed during the incident.
The two suspects, one dressed in all black with a red shirt obscuring his face and the second suspect wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, were last seen entering a blue Mini Cooper, possibly a Countryman, traveling southbound on Schuyler Avenue.
While police are actively searching for the pictured suspects and the blue Mini Cooper, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating the suspects and removing them from city streets.
