Suspects Sought for Newark Graffiti Spray Painting

Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in identifying the male suspects in connection with incidents of criminal mischief involving graffiti.

According to Newark Police, at approximately 3:19 a.m., on April 23, a suspect was captured on a video surveillance camera spray painting graffiti at Raymond Boulevard and Broad Street.

Police say at approximately 1:26 a.m. on April 27, two suspects were captured on video surveillance camera spray painting graffiti at that same location.

Detectives investigating these incidents seek the public’s help quickly identifying these suspects. 

According to Police, the suspect in the April 23rd incident is described as wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweater, and denim blue jeans.

In the April 27th incident, the first suspect is described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants, and the second suspect is described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue denim jeans.
