Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a female wanted in connection with a theft that occurred on Sunday, February 16.
Police say shortly after 1 a.m., a customer placed her cell phone on the counter at US Fried Chicken, located at 503 Orange Street, and walked out of the store without it.
According to police, another customer is seen on surveillance camera taking the victim’s phone and placing it in her pocket before leaving the store.
The suspect was last seen heading westbound between Orange Street and Roseville Avenue.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking the public’s help in quickly identifying this suspect as part of this investigation.
She is described as a black woman with black hair wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black boots and hoop earrings.
