Paterson Police officials are on the search for a suspect wanted for firing a gun on a street in the city Tuesday evening.
According to officials, gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 222 Park Avenue just before 8:25 p.m. sending police to the scene where officers taped off the area after they found about eight shell casings at that location.
Officers did not locate any victims after a thorough search of the scene.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation and the suspect remains at-large.
