The Newark Police Division, Shooting Response Team is requesting the public’s assistance in locating **Mr. Quadir Whitehead**.
Police said Whitehead, 22 of Newark, is wanted for a Shooting which occurred on May 30, 2016 at the 100 block of Shepard Avenue.
