A strong armed carjacking that happened in Newark has police on the search for suspects responsible.
Police responded to the area of South 10th Street near Woodland Ave. where they began a search for a blue 2004 BMW 3-series.
The vehicle has a reported NJ license plate number "P67-EXG" and was taken by two black male suspects that reportedly smashed the drivers side window and ordered the driver out of the vehicle at around 7 p.m.
There were no physical injuries reported.
