State Police Seeking the Public’s Assistance Locating Man Wanted for Vandalism in Monmouth County

The New Jersey State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Dylan Thomas Farley, 23, of Staten Island, N.Y., for allegedly spray-painting graffiti on a white vinyl fence in the Monmouth Service Area on the Garden State Parkway.

According to police, on Saturday, July 4, detectives were investigating vandalism in the Monmouth Service Area on the Garden State Parkway in Wall Township, Monmouth County.

Police report that the was suspect was observed on video surveillance exiting his white Ford F-150 pickup truck and spray painting “NUMB" on the fence panels.

Through various investigative means and assistance from the NYPD Citywide Vandals Task Force, detectives were able to develop Farley as a suspect.
