Authorities in Trenton are investigating a stabbing that injured one person overnight in Trenton.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity of Calhoun Street and Pennington Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a person stabbed onboard a NJ Transit Bus.
Police units arriving at the scene found the unidentified person suffering a stab wound according to reports.
The victim's injuries were not immediately reported as life threatening.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
There were no other injuries reported.
