Authorities in Monmouth County are investigating a reported stabbing that left one person seriously injured early Saturday morning in Asbury Park.
According to preliminary emergency reports, police and emergency medical personnel were alerted to the incident around 1:40 a.m. on October 10, 2026, in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.
Emergency responders reported that the victim was unconscious and unresponsive following the stabbing.
A trauma alert was reportedly issued due to the severity of the victim’s injuries.
The circumstances surrounding the stabbing remain unclear, and authorities have not released information regarding a possible suspect or the victim’s condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
