Somerset County Arrests Five Fugitives From Justice

Somerset County officials announced the arrest of five fugitives from justice on August 19, within Somerset County.

Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson stated that on Wednesday, August 19, that members of the Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Task Force Unit apprehended the following fugitives from justice:

- Victor Sierra, 41, of Bound Brook, for a violation of probation on a 3rd-degree Possession of CDS offense.

- Donald Bush, 43, of Raritan Borough, for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 3rd-degree Possession of CDS offense.

- Timothy Duffy, 41, of Warren Township, for a violation of probation on a 3rd-degree Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer Offense and 3rd-degree Possession of CDS offense.

- William Barkalow, 43, of Bedminster, for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 3rd-degree Possession of CDS offense.

- Kelly Meister, 50, of Manville, for a failure to appear in Somerset County Superior Court on a 4th-degree Operating a motor vehicle while suspended offense.

The fugitives from justice were apprehended without incident and all were subsequently lodged at the Somerset County Jail pending a Somerset County Superior Court appearance.
