A bystander in Elizabeth caught an act of kindness on camera that will have a positive impact on a young man's life.
Sometime at around 9:30 a.m., an Elizabeth firefighter at headquarters was approached by a teen requesting assistance.
It was not fire related but perhaps just as crucial for this young man.
Without hesitation the firefighter was seen taking the teen's tie and proceeded to show him how to tie it.
