Sicklerville Man Arrested for Breaking into Keasbey Apartment in 2014, Sexually Assaulting Woman

Authorities in Middlesex County reported the arrest of a  Sicklerville man and charged him with a 2014 burglary and sexually assaulting a woman inside the home. 

According to Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on September 21, 2014, a female reported being sexually assaulted by an unknown male who had unlawfully forced his way into her apartment in Keasbey, NJ.

Prosecutor Ciccone said that due to the ongoing investigation and the efforts of the Woodbridge Police Department and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Danny McEaddy, 39, of Sicklerville, NJ, was identified as the suspect. 

Police took McEaddy into custody yesterday (Thursday) and then charged him with first- degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, first-degree Kidnapping, second-degree Burglary, third-degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, third-degree Criminal Restraint, and third-degree Aggravated Assault.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.
