Police in Paterson reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in one of the city's neighborhoods Tuesday night.
According to police, gunfire rang out in the vicinity of Carroll and Governor streets around 9:17 p.m.
Police arrived on the scene and found about 15 shell casings and two cars struck by bullets at that location.
Officers searched the area for victims, but no injuries were reported, according to police.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
