Paterson Police are on the search for a suspect who fired nearly a dozen rounds in a city neighborhood Tuesday evening.
According to police, residents dialed 911 when they heard gunfire erupt in the 60’s block of Godwin Avenue just before 8:25 p.m.
Units arrived at the scene found about eight shell casings but after police searched the area, there were no victims found.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
