Passaic Police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred Sunday morning in Passaic.
According to police, gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 280 Passaic Street at around 12:15 a.m. sending police to the scene where they arrived to find evidence that a shooting occurred but after a search of the area, officers could not find any victims.
Police located about four shell casings during their search according to authorities.
There were no arrests reported and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
