Shots Fired Incident in Jersey City Yields No Injuries

Early Wednesday morning, Jersey City police responded to reports of a shots fired incident on one of the 30s blocks of Concord Street at approximately 1:30 a.m.

OfficersUpon arrival at the scene, officers discovered shell casings, prompting them to alert hospitals in the region to be on the lookout for potential walk-in gunshot victims.

Police conducted a thorough canvass of the community, but no injuries were reported.

The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation by the Jersey City Police Department.

Law enforcement officials are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
