Police in Passaic County are investigating the theft of several vehicles from a car lot in Hawthorne Sunday morning.
According to a preliminary report police were dispatched to investigate reports of a vehicle theft at the M&P Auto Sales lot located in the 30's block of Lincoln Avenue.
Reports say police were advised that three vehicles were taken from the premises upon arrival.
The make and models of the stolen cars have not been released.
Police did not report vandalism to the other cars and the investigation remains active.
