There were no physical injuries reported in an armed robbery that occurred in a section of Newark's North Ward on Monday evening.
According to police, about six teenagers sprinted on foot eastbound on Grafton Avenue towards Riverside Court after pointed a weapon at the victim and demanding person possessions at approximately 7:20 p.m.
Police say one of the suspects was armed with a gun and threatened to shoot the victim if he did not hand over items.
Officers canvased the area for suspects, but none were located.
The incident remains under investigation.
