Police are reporting multiple injuries in a two-vehicle crash in a Westfield Saturday night.
At approximately 9:45 p.m., emergency repsonders rushed to the intersection of North and Edgewood avenues to investigate reports of a crash with injuries.
Police and rescue crews arrived and found two severely damaged vehicles, with one of the cars crashing into a house at that location.
One seriously injured person was reportedly ejected from one of the vehicles suffering critical injuries.
Police say Scotch Plains EMS transported two patients and Fanwood EMS assisted in transporting one person -all 3- to Overlook Hospital in Summit.
The critically injured person was taken to University Hospital in Newark for treatment.
The cause of the crash is under investigation and no one inside the house suffered injuries.
