Hillside authorities are looking into the cause of a crash that injured several people on a road in the township on Friday night.
According to preliminary reports, police were notified of a crash with injuries on Route 22 at approximately 9:52 p.m. where they arrived to find the crash scene and severely damaged vehicles.
Officials say about a half dozen occupants were treated for non-life threatening injuries and reports that one person ejected out of the car was unsubstantiated.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
