There are non-life threatening injuries reported for a woman that jumped from a balcony of a building in Newark this evening.
Emergency responders rushed to the building that's located in the 100 block of 7th Avenue at around 7:30 p.m. after receiving reports of an injured woman at that location.
Police arriving at the scene located the woman on the 4th-floor balcony after jumping from one floor above according to reports.
The woman was transported to University Hospital suffering a severe leg injury.
Police are investigating.
