Two victims suffered serious injuries in a stabbing incident that occurred in a section of Newark Sunday morning.
According to police, at approximately 12:10 a.m., police and EMS rushed to an address in the 100 block of Roseville Avenue to investigate a stabbing report.
Upon arrival, police found two victims bleeding heavily and suffering stab wounds in their stomach areas.
Police say the victims were transported to University Hospital for treatment while police questioned and detained one person at the scene.
The motive for the attack is under investigation.
