NJ State Police officials are investigating the cause of a crash that closed a highway in Warren County Monday morning.
Preliminary reports indicated that at approximately 3 a.m., police responded to the eastbound lanes of Route 80 in Knowlton Township to investigate reports of a crash.
State Police found the crashed vehicle with at least one person suffering serious injuries at the scene.
The victim's condition could only be confirmed as severe as of 7:25 a.m.
NJ State Police is leading the investigation and will update the information this morning.
